We did this trip to Kaiserswerth 2 years ago. At the time it cost €15 each way. We thought that was steep until we boarded and were plied with beer and wine until we reached our destination. Frankly it was brilliant. Kaiserswerth is a lovely riverside town with a nice castle and plenty of eateries. Whether this is a proper meal or just coffee and pastries. One problem (Sept) is each time, our meal, drink, walk, talk, breathing was constantly interrupted by our yellow and black friends in their thousands, each one determined to cheese you off!! Same again in 2020 so we turned around and came back. The trip is great and there is no end of beautiful scenery, boats and River activity everywhere you look. This year the price has jumped up by €5 but we thought given the experience last time combined with unlimited beer and wine why not do it again!! We were slightly less impressed when after our first beer we were told that refills are chargeable. All in all that makes this trip somewhat more expensive and to be honest less enjoyable. It also seems that the business has changed hands since 2017. Other than that, still an enjoyable experience!!

Yes, when you are there, on the beautiful terrace or on one of the beautiful ships, you are right on vacation and deeply relaxed. Delicious beer, very, very good food, friendly staff and a legendary view of the Rhine. Is and remains the No. 1 on the Rhine. Keep it up👍👍👍

It was very nice. 1 drink per person is ok. BUT ..... cheap cola and cheap beer from Aldi or something ..... I ask you. Then I prefer original Coke and I'll pay € 1 on top. Offering cheap drinks at the price is really outrageous.

Really only recommendable! My team and I drove twice directly because we enjoyed it so much. The staff is really nice and relaxed. The beer tastes delicious and you can even wish for your own music! (Captain Tiger best man) Great experience. Gladly again!

Become more expensive and only 1 drink included. There were still free drinks last year. We are happy to spend our money elsewhere.

Am disappointed. There was an unbelievable surcharge for the trip and drinks are now only one per person and per trip. It is nice that it is possible to drive again in these times, but this price is outrageous.

Staff were amazing and so nice. , literally everyone was amazing, we gave a tip . Drinks are unlimited and there’s good service, definitely recommend!!! We didn’t plan to go on the boat but got convinced by the amazing value, we were on the boat on the 1st of September, going from Düsseldorf-Kaiserswert and back :)

Terrible! Glasses are dirty. The staff overwhelmed, despite fewer guests. We were in a larger group. The waiter did not want to charge us individually. Has us a total bill and the menu thrown and we should collect the total sum itself. In the end he was even palpable! We called the police! NEVER AGAIN!

Very nice restaurant located in Dusseldorf in old town, just next to river. Staff was very nice, the place was amazing, drinks and salads also very tasty. Sitting outside with great view

You pay for it, you make a tour and all drinks are included. And after 10 minutes nothing is served, because we'll be back soon 👎🏻

Were on Saturday the 18.5.19 with the White Fleet on panoramic trip! We decided spontaneously! The weather was great and the ship did not start very fast, there were already drinks (everything at 15 Euro incl.). The waiter came again and again with new full tablets with different beers, wine, soft drinks! Also wishes were fulfilled! We were very satisfied and enthusiastic! Just right for a nice start or end of a Dusseldorf tour! We say thank you again for that! 5 stars are deserved! We are happy to recommend you!

Honestly, ridiculous. For a three quarters hour ship ride 38 euros, 2 adults, 1 child. 500m up the Rhine, then 1km down the Rhine, and then again 500m high. It was all inclusive, but that is a tourist trap.

Great panorama ride! For 14 € really great! All drinks on the boat are free! Gladly again !!
